The battery, the shift and the bill, on the same screen.
A diesel bus refuelled in five minutes. An electric one has a range that depends on the weather and the traffic, charges for hours and produces reports required by the city hall and the funders. KraftSync Transit is the AI platform for electric public transport fleets: it connects the data from existing systems and turns it into alerts, recommendations and concrete actions.
The reference configuration runs on real CTP Iași data.
Built on a real fleet.
The reference configuration uses real data from the Iași Public Transport Company (CTP Iași): ticket validations, kilometres and shifts from a real day of operation. The second configuration is on LOCTRANS Slatina.

What it solves, in the operator's money.
The operator has already paid tens of millions for buses and stations. KraftSync Transit makes that investment work without incidents and with a lower bill.
Peak power, avoided
Balancing the charging can avoid around 540 kW of peak demand, which means a smaller grid connection and no overrun penalties.
No flat batteries
Each shift is validated against the real range, with the winter scenario included: consumption rises from 1.11 to 1.59 kWh per kilometre, and the platform knows it.
Charging moved to the night
On a market-indexed contract, moving charging into the cheap window means potential savings of about RON 1,260 a day. On a fixed tariff, the saving stays potential, and we say so.
Automatic reporting
Operations, energy and environmental reports for funders: from a day in Excel to a single click.
What you see in the platform.
Screenshots from the CTP Iași configuration. The guided tour on the platform walks through all of this by itself, in four minutes.
The whole fleet, on one screen
KraftSync Hub brings together the active vehicles, passengers, energy consumed and CO₂ saved compared with a diesel fleet. Below, assisted dispatching proposes reroutings and rescheduling, each with its own apply button.
A record for every vehicle
Battery charge, battery health, remaining range, mileage, the current shift and tomorrow's departure. You filter by manufacturer, status or alerts, and every field states its source: measured, calculated or estimated.
Where each vehicle is
Position on the route, the line, battery charge and alerts along the route, in the same view. Movement is drawn on the real geometry of the GTFS routes.
Maintenance that clashes with operations
Active faults, scheduled work, unavailable vehicles and stations. When a planned service overlaps an active shift, the conflict is flagged, with the person responsible and the time the vehicle returns.
Reporting, in one click
A daily operations report, a monthly energy and cost report, ESG indicators. A4 documents built on real data, exported straight from the browser.
Where we stop.
KraftSync Transit does not replace anything the operator already has: not ticketing, not GPS, not scheduling. It sits on top of them and links what is already there.
We do not sell buses, charging stations or equipment, we do not do installations and we do not stand in for the integrator. Where a supplier is already in place, we sit on top of it. Implementation is done together with integrators, and the platform has a section dedicated to them.
The operational values in the platform are the configuration's reference scenario, with every figure labelled: measured, calculated or estimated. Real-time feeds (telemetry and charging) are connected at implementation.

Four products built by our own team, around concrete problems faced by local government. They stop at diagnosis, at the evidence behind a decision and at tracking the intervention; delivery is left to companies in the market.
