ARSC acts as a platform for dialogue, connection, representation and strategic positioning. Membership benefits are not funding consultancy services and do not include writing projects, managing applications or guaranteeing funding, contracts or commercial partnerships. ARSC creates the framework, the visibility and the professional setting in which members can interact, contribute and identify relevant opportunities.

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the questions we are asked most often about joining and about ARSC membership. For anything else, write to us at [email protected].

Can I join ARSC as an individual?

ARSC membership is intended for legal entities: companies, public institutions, professional organisations, universities. Individuals can work with ARSC as associate experts, by separate invitation, within thematic teams.

What is the minimum length of membership?

Membership is granted for one calendar year, with the option of automatic renewal. For the ARSC Influence and ARSC Strategic Partner packages, the standard term is 12 months from formal membership, with an option to extend.

Can I leave the association?

Yes, at any time, by written notice sent to [email protected] with 30 days' notice. Fees already paid are not refunded, but you can use all ARSC services until the end of the contractual period.

What is the difference between ARSC Connect and ARSC Influence?

ARSC Connect gives general access to the ecosystem and to ARSC's annual formats. ARSC Influence adds a dedicated thematic round table, specialist content and consistent positioning in a chosen vertical (mobility, energy, digitalisation, safety and so on).

How long does approval take?

For ARSC Connect and ARSC Influence, the standard process takes 7-14 working days. For ARSC Strategic Partner, it can take up to 21 days, depending on the complexity of the offer and the team's calendar.

Is the ARSC fee tax-deductible?

The annual ARSC fee is a tax-deductible expense for legal entities, within the limits set by the Romanian Fiscal Code. We recommend checking with your own finance or accounting department for specific details.

Is there a code of conduct or further conditions?

Yes. All ARSC member organisations sign up to a code of conduct covering political neutrality, no unfair competition between members, confidentiality in small-group formats and good-faith participation in the ecosystem's dialogue.

How do I make sure membership adds value?

ARSC provides transparent quarterly reporting for each partner: meetings arranged, settings created, directions opened. At the end of each year we review the results together and adjust the collaboration for the following year.
